Here are some keys you may know about already that do function that help when your mouse is bunged-up (Not functioning).
You can also use this HOT key when you are moving large amount of images to a new folder to clean up space.

Crtl X
Once you learn to do the top two this is the last HOT function you will use to place the copied images or text into a new folder or document to continue you process.
