Windows 10 Upgrade TIPS

For most part windows 10 upgrade is forgiving and will leave all you current programs and files intact, if you have for gotten to back and save all your files. This is how you prevent the loose of all your when the Upgrade runs.

When you are prompted to run the upgrade just simply follow through doing the recommend each time you are prompted then sit back and relax for this will take some time to complete. Once you it has completed there are many ways you can choose to back up your laptop or desktop computer.

My best practice is to purchase an external drive with at least a 1Gig of storage space the drive should be USB 2.0 or 3.0 connectable for your computer. Alternative methods are online storage like Carbonite not to mention others as well, you will have to make this choice which best serves you at the time.

These are the back-up drives I highly recommend they still support the USB2.0 along with the newer 3.0 USB drive at reasonable prices. Chose the color you like today make sure your Laptop and Desktop computer are backed up and all your important image, music, and document files are all in a safe place and in your position today.
Get yours today!   HERE external USB drive

TIP...
The best practice would be to backup your laptop or desktop before you being the upgrade.

There are times that we get excited and get in that bit of a hurry or new is just OK to get started. I also want to mention that the recommend upgrade can be incompatible with some of the programs in the previous versions of the operating system that you have and Windows 10 does not play well with them this is why I recommend highly backing up before you begin your upgrade to Windows 10.

As of July 29th 2015 the countdown has begun you 1year to complete this *free upgrade of Windows 10.

Windows10 GOTCHA!!!!!!!!

Good Morning!

WAKE UP CALL ALL MICSOFT WINDOW USERES...

What you do not know!
Windows 10 was released on July 29th and the new software is now being installed on computers and laptops around the world for those who reserved this great and wonderful deal by Microsoft.

Bad news for everyone who has older computers 2 to 5 years old Win10 will not work correctly so I was informed.
I called in yesterday about the camera app not functioning after hours of research on this issue with no solutions.
Here is the error I was getting 0x200F424A (0x80070491).
The Camera app will not function ever!
The first tech at Microsoft went through all the same procedures that I had already preformed with no resolution.

Today 8/4/2015 1:35 pm PST I received a call back from Microft's Elite team of technicians (Timothy) He went right into my system information and right to the BIOS information. WHY on earth would he do that I was asking myself.

GUYS AND GALS here is the GOTCAHA....

Microsoft has put the Windows flag on the right hand corner by the clock anticipating Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 users to receive the FREE copy of Windows 10 to be installed. You receive a confirmation email that states your system is compatible for the new operating system.

Here is the CATCH! In the system information section on your laptop or desktop computer they look at the bios manufacturer date if anyone has 2008 you are going to lose the full functions of windows 10 even if 2010 is the production date as well you lose the full functon of Windows 10.

SO PLEASE BEWARE!

Best recomandaton is NOT to switch unless you know what you are doing, stay with the system you have.  If you have a 2 year old computer you may be safe to run this oppperating system but I am not going to sweare by it.

I am going to run it till it no longer works then I will return to my old Windows 7 Pro....
